I did it!!!

Well....I it!!!  Was awake for about 1/3 of my surgery...it was really cool to watch.  Dr. Q kept telling me how great I look andhow happy I'm going to be with the results.  too bad I'm all bandaged andcan't see them yet.  lol I amback at the hotel resting.  Had a nice quiet day resting with my mom, Kevin, and Kimmie. It is REALLY painful, but in the end i think it will be worth it.  I only have 1 drain and am a bit concerned because it is not draining at all.now that I am back at the hotel...but the Dr. doesn't seem to be worried about it. thanks everyone for your good wishes and prayers.  You all mean so much to me.  Thanks Kimmie for coming down here with me and helping to keep mom company.  She loves you!!! LOL

I am so very proud of you!!!  I cannot imagine how you will look any better than you already do (or did LOL).  Keep ahead of the pain and you will be fine.

Congrats to you.  I know that you will continue to rock it the way you always do.  Do not worry about the drain , be sure to stay ahaed of the pain and DO NOT OVER DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Liz

I saw Kenvin's post, and since I have been back in the working force, I have NO idea what you went the did.  But I bet it has something to do with plastics????  Congrats Kirsten, you are amazing, and I am so jealous...I have to wait a bit longer. Hugs, Diane

Yep!!!!  Lower body lift yesterday morning!!!! I will be home on Tuesday probably!  :-)

Yep....as soon as I am able to take the dressings off I will be taking pics.  Kimmie actually gave the anesthesiologist her camera so we have some actual surgery pics!  Way cool!!!!  :-)

OMG!!!  I can hardly wait to see and hear about your surgery......but AWAKE????? for part of it????  What were they doing while you were awake?
